The next Idling Action event in Greenwich will take place at Alexander McLeod Primary School on Thursday 15th March starting at 2pm. Volunteers should meet at Alexander McLeod Primary at 2pm sharp when there will be a short training session before pairs of volunteers go out on to the streets around the school to engage with idling drivers. The pupils will also attend a special assembly to learn about how idling engines affect air quality and health.
We are currently recruiting a team of enthusiastic volunteers who want to be part of this innovative education and behaviour change campaign to reduce localised air pollution and improve air quality in their residential and workplace community.
If you want to be a Vehicle Idling Action Champion in Greenwich, please fill in the form on the Volunteers page of this website.
