We are running a training session in Islington for volunteers on Wednesday 8th February from 1pm at Islington Council Offices, 222 Upper Street. If you are based in Islington or a nearby borough and would like to undertake the training please get in touch here.

During this informative session we will arm you with facts, figures and knowledge about air pollution and the impact of vehicle idling on local air quality. After this session you will then be able to volunteer at one (or more) of our Vehicle Idling Action Days – talking knowledgeably to drivers and passers-by about the subject. We will give you tips on how to approach people, be persuasive in a short time period, and positively affect behaviour change amongst idling drivers.

There is an event at Laycock school around the corner immediately after the training, which you are welcome to attend.
